There are more than there used to be out there, but there still aren't too many 2-sided spd pedals. These pedals are 2-sided and have a great large platform to leverage on as well. Love these pedals. Best pedals I've ever owned, I think.The SPD profile is also very low, so you can easily ride them without cleated shoes if you want too. ### ⭐ Cheaply made *by M***U on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2019* These broke just after a few months, really disappointed. I can no longer clip in. ### ⭐ Cheap Design for an Expensive Pedal *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2020* I was really disappointed with this pedal. It has a clunky, sticky cleat engagement in the pedal. It doesn't really offer good foot stability when clipped out and the pedal just hits more rocks than lower profile pedals. I have tried all levels of tension, lubed springs and cleats and the pedals, well, suck! They're not lighter than - and more expensive than - mid-priced Shimano pedals. I would say either commit to an SPD pedal or get a platform pedal. Don't get a hybrid model.
