This little tool has completely changed my self-care routine. While it's designed to be held in your palm, my absolute favorite way to use it is to place it flat on the floor and slowly lay down on top of it. The four-point design fits perfectly right between your spine, allowing you to target those stubborn, hard-to-reach knots right along the shoulder blades and mid-back without putting any direct pressure on the bone itself. Because it has multiple contact points, it manages to hit a ton of different pressure points at the exact same time. You can easily control the intensity just by shifting your body weight, letting you get a really deep, intense tissue massage that usually requires a professional therapist. It's incredibly satisfying to just find a tight spot, sink into it, and feel the tension melt away. The material is solid, smooth, and doesn't flex at all under weight, making it perfect for floor work. It's lightweight enough to toss in a bag, but sturdy enough to hold up to full body weight pressure. This product is exactly as advertised. I have a drawer full of hand held massagers that just take up space. This massager, however, goes EVERYWHERE with me. It's hands down the best handheld massager for SI Joint Pain, Glute pain, Neck pain and Piriformis pain. It's perfectly designed for handheld self massage. I can grip and control the pressure perfectly. I use it right after my daily stretches, sometimes on the side or back of my neck, sometimes on my glutes, and this little thing gets everywhere I need it to be! The two knob sizes are a brilliant idea. If you have neck, shoulder, back or glute pain and you need something that will get into small, tight spaces, this item is for you!

I like that it is cheap, works and available. I have sore upper back muscles form regular workouts. I use hot packs and ice to treat the area and needed a way to reach over the shoulder to massage my shoulders. This works ok. Better with someone else to rub but not always available. Don't drop it on the floor as it is brittle and will break. Don't press too hard, it will snap into what I am sure will be sharp pieces. A tennis ball and a wood door jam also works but I don't always have an available jam. So, for the price it is worth keeping it in my gym bag. (Gym also not currently available!!) Bottom line it is cheap, works and available

Excellent, inexpensive, portable, good for trips, easy way to make manual massage easier. Can be used for sore spots on your back, thighs/buttocks (including sciatica area), shoulders, etc. For yourself or to do it to someone else. I bought 2 so I could double up the effect and use one on each hand to help my spouse relax from pains or muscle contractions. Because of its material it can be used in the shower, bath tub, jacuzzi, etc. (meaning, it is water safe). This is one more way to show your loved one that you care, making them feel extra special. Personally, I chose to research pain/relaxation trigger points before using it in order to use it properly.

This is strong and sturdy when I need to rub my lower back and legs. It gives some relief when I am at my sorest. The size is great enough to fit properly in my hand.

This tool actually helped with my back pain and was easy to hold and use. I liked the design and pressure points, but unfortunately it broke in half after just one week of normal use. Pretty disappointed in the durability. It works well, just not built to last.

If you enjoy pressure point massage, this little gadget is for you. I use this with oils. It's perfect for getting into the muscles that lay 2 layers deep. And also great for getting under shoulder blades. First night I used it, I slept like a baby. Crazy that such a simple gadget can have such make such a difference.

I bought some hand held back massagers years ago at a fair and use them often. They are thinner material and don’t have the comfortable grip that these offer. I was thankful that this pair works so well, was easier to hold onto and made of more durable material. We gave back massages to family members over the holiday and they loved them too. It’s hard to believe that these are so much better than other ones that we have tried. I highly recommend them!

Back when I used to have severe eczema I used these a lot for temporary relief. Instead of itching using my nails or buying gloves to not scratch myself I just massaged myself with these, and my body couldn't tell the difference it was just skin itching stimulation so they worked wonderfully well. They are durable, I dropped them a couple times on wood floor and it was fine, easy to hold and you can change grip depending, and the material is easy to wash blood off after (I know that's disgusting but people with severe eczema know that's a serious factor to consider). Aside from eczema sometimes I use them on my friends just in general to give them massages because they feel so good!

Its a great massage tool but not durable at all. The first one i bought broke, one short leg cracked off. I bought a second one, unfortunately that broke in the exact same spot not even 3 months later. I love the urchin but I'm not sure if i want to replace it again.
