How do i get a replacement part for this set? one of the parts that connects all the wires is not working d03. just need part.

We did not have that problem. Perhaps you could contact the manufacturer?

Do the lights on the ferris wheel go under the clear lego bricks like other sets or do they have to sot on top like in the picture here?

You can actually wind it so the lights can sit any way you want. They are spaced so that they will meet each of the seats

How many lego blocks is it?

I don’t know I gave it to my 14 year old grandson last Christmas. He had it together in about 4 hours total.
