Thus, the writing was hazy. So, I wanted a refund. But there was no refund policy for this product and I was forced to go for the replacement. So, the replacement product came. This time, it had a delete button; it was deleting but it not effective. It's still smudgy and dark. Today, I saw that even what was getting slightly erased earlier, even that's not happening. So, I replaced the battery. But even then it's working. So people, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Also disappointing is that Amazon doesn't maintain the quality standards that it used to in its initial days. Some of you might say that it's such a cheaply priced product, how does it matter? Throw it in the trash can and buy another one.
