I can use my xacto pen knife again!
Nice blades. Sharp. For small stuff only. Don’t try and cut too much and then say they don’t last, or are no good. Modeling, crafting, those small delicate jobs. I’m happy that I can find these blades.

Do not work for XActo
The review and I thought the description noted a replacement for the xacto XV1. They do not fit. Probably work great in the correct knife

These Fit My X-Acto Retractable Pen Knife
Took a chance and bought these for my X-Acto Pen Knife. They do fit. The plastic has debris from the mold on the end where the notch is that I had to trim off so they would fit nice. The notch on the end corresponds to a depression inside the shaft so now the retractable part works properly. I don't think anyone else makes these. I would say that it might be handy to strop them from time to time to keep them sharp. I do like saving money and not having to buy things unless I have to. Wanted to keep my X-Acto knife so I'm glad to have extra blades now, and they are sharp. Be careful with the sharp tip as it breaks off easily.

They're... OK.
I wish they made a "heavy duty" version out of thicker blade stock, these are so thin that they are very delicate. Quality control is so-so, I have had them with so much flash on the shaft that the spring wouldn't fit and with flash or a gate on the end of the part that indexes the blade so it wouldn't retract.

Not a direct fit to the Xacto retractable blade knife
These will not fit the Xacto handle. The blade is too wide, even it you go to a 1/4" compression spring. I went on Ebay and found ones that will fit the Xacto handle. You could likely make these work with the 1/4" compression spring and opening up the mouth of the handle - but Ebay was a better choice. All in all, it was kinda disappointing that they were not a direct blade exchange as I had expected and that some reviews suggested. The original Xacto knife (used to call this style a stencil knife) is a handy knife and I don't know why the blades or knife style were D/C.
