Nicely waterproof, loose fit to wear over other garments, and double zips the full length of the leg, allowing for ventilation and easy on/off without removing footwear.

Used these overtrousers on a recent Alaskan cruise. Several wet boat excursions and zip lining in the rain forest in Alaska these pants kept my jeans dry. Throughly pleased with them.
