**Q: Is it compatible with wearing of glasses?**
A: The headset failed completely.  Customer Support told me it cannot be fixed and the warranty expired.

### ⭐ Product defective, terrible refund process, and terrible customer service

I received my valve index vr about beginning of January and it didn't work, I returned it and they received it and said it would refund by January 17 but on the 17th it got delayed to the 27th. Today is the 27 and now it's delayed to the 2nd. I haven't received any emails or notifications. Seems like they are trying to keep my money for an item that was defective and no longer have. Terrible company to work with and terrible product.
