The Chrome book give you what you need,  to set up your Laptop. And many other things, like short cuts. And many tricks to set up your Laptop too.

This "user manual" is essentially useless.  Admittedly it is very inexpensive, but it is so brief and non-specific as to be of little value.  I am having to order a different book that I hope is significantly better.
