My head measurement is 22.5 and I went with the medium. It fits snugly and is comfortable. Field of vision is good and wide. Most importantly, it saved me from a nasty crash. The helmet does not even have a scratch anywhere. Only my pride was injured ;-)I really like the chin strap mechanism, and the face shield is easy to open and close. Buy this helmet, you will not regret it.
