It was easy to assemble and all parts were included. It goes up and down and swivels all around. The seat is so padded you can sit for Hours. ### ⭐ I ordered an adjustable swivel desk chair with BACK and wheels. *by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2020* I contacted this company 2X informing them the two peaces, REQUIRED, to attach the BACK REST of this chair to the ARM of this chair (ARM: You know, the piece that goes from the seat up to connect to the back of the BACK REST!!!) These two pieces were not in the box, that is they were omitted from this order. I received this order over a month ago, and as I stated early, I contacted this company 2x giving them the opportunity to correct this issue. Now, ironically, today, 4/13/20 I received an absolutely unrelated PIECE, yes, UNRELATED PIECE to that which I specifically described AND gave the identifying piece numbers to, that is :H1 & H2. What will I receive next; maybe a screw or even a wheel? Apparently, the person assigned with correcting this issue either does not understand how to identify the components associated with assembling this chair, or has no access to the assembly reference guide which identifies each item associated with assembling this chair.
