These are good add on, very similar to the original yet only a tad noticeable they are not. They are a third cheaper than the name brand, but I prefer not to pay for that. They charge the same way or can be done via usb which is the biggest difference I can tell. The colors and feel are the same. They respond fast and seem to be quality enough. My only issue is long term use and how the battery will hold for which I wish there was a warranty period. Otherwise I like the cheaper alternative as it plays well and saved me money ### ⭐ Waste of money I don't care what anyone says battery and doesn't stay paired to my switch *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2020* Okay I bought these because the joy con on my switch broke and I do not wanna take it apart and replace The part or wish to ruin it cause I would when I attached them to my switch the battery was almost dead on the controllers it doesn't last long i am already charging them after one day use and 30 minute play time it says lasts among time nope if you wanna buy them do it but I will be looking for another's just in case the value for the money I paid is okay I just do not like the fact you gotta charge them they are not like the ones that came with my switch that charge when they are connected to it you know what I mean they charge with the switch itself if ya wanna buy them do it but I will not be buying more of these and you can not charge them when contacted to the switch while the switch is charging the controllers won't charge so you gotta stop playing and charge the dang things update I got replacements and the right side won't stay connected to my switch every time I wanna play I have to pair the dang thing over and over again I am sick of this big waste of money I will never buy these kind again I will stick to Nintendo brand only ### ⭐⭐⭐ Can't play portable games with it *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2019* Now, when I say I can't play it portably, I mean that when they are attached to the sides of the switch and you open up a game, they begin to strongly vibrate in sync with the music. At first, it was charming. Then it became old, really fast when it wouldn't stop and holding it was just very annoying overall. I went into the system settings of my switch and turned off the vibrate function BUT THAT DIDN'T STOP IT!
