I want to warn others about this product. I should have listened to the other negative reviews. It is only moderately better than using an FM transmitter. There is a serious hissing sound that increases with engine RPM. Also it gets significantly worse when adding an USB powered lightning audio splitter.It is too late to return it and now I had to tear my car apart again to install a better product :(I since purchased

It works sometimes, the noise of the lack of ground or something absolutely sucks!  It get loud and sometimes you cant hear the music.  Too late to send back!

Installed in a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Pretty easy to install. Works as described, except there is a little feedback. Acceptable considering the price. I purchased a Yatour Bluetooth Car Adapter Music Changer MP3 Phone GPS Charger and installed in my sons 2005 Honda Accord. More expensive but definitely worth the money and the bluetooth works great. I would recommend both depending on how much you want to spend.
