The soft felt-ish fabric would be much better suited for dogs that don't shed or have darker hair (but it probably wouldn't pop as much). The material is super soft though and the faux leather has a great contrast with the fabric and is soft as well. There is a nice gold metal D-ring for attaching a leash. The bow tie is attached with stretchy straps and it won't move around easily. Because of the clinginess of fur to the collar, it won't be an everyday one but it's cute for special occasions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Dachshund Says Bow Ties Are Cool *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2018* I love everything about this collar. But even size small is too big for my cat. That is, I can make it fit but it essentially becomes a double collar. So it’s rather thick and uncomfortable for my cat.
