**Q: Is this on packet for 7$ or is it an actual package with more than one?**
A: Probably only 1 packet, I don't know about that. I bought 10 packets for roughly $50.

**Q: Is this gravy vegetarian?**
A: I am sorry but I cannot answer this question for you.  I purchased multiple packages, used one, it was disgusting and I tossed it and the other 2.  Tastes like cardboard with brown food coloring added for color and very salty.  Nothing special about the sauce.  Get a good brown gravy mix at the market.  This way you can make sure vegetarian.  Knorr makes a fabulous one.  Don’t wast your money.

A: I believe one packet makes 2 cups of sauce and should be enough for 4.  It depends how much you like on your fries. But it would not hurt to buy some extra packets.  That's what I do.  I often use it on open face hot chicken sandwiches along with the poutine and 1 packet is enough for 2.  Hope this helps.
