The only "downside" is that I have to have patience and wait for the next book in the series. It is worth the read as it helps you escape into a world that is not work, paying bills and grocery shopping. I have not read any book by Tom that isn't stellar. Frightening because they are our neighbors. The story is good and engrossing, stemming if I recall correctly, from another Tom Lowe book. There were a couple of errors to stir up the grammatically correct readers but what bothered me most was this supposedly bright woman who did several dumb things. I thought the victims in the book were portrayed ethically and honestly. It was just a good story and well told. I am waiting for the next Elizabeth Monroe Book to come out. My husband has been reading Tom Lowe for several years and I have listened to several reviews of his other books which sounded interesting but I think because this book had a Woman lead in it I was tempted to read it when my husband recommended it.
