It's so relaxing to have a cup of hot tasty tea especially when I was pregnant. Review: Helped during pregnancy - I purchased this tea to support myself towards the end of my pregnancy. The tea has a mild and pleasant flavour. The pack is large and provides many servings so is good value for money. I don’t know if it helped aid my pregnancy or labour but I had a straightforward delivery and have recovered well. My waters broke on my due date and baby was delivered the following day. With my other children I didn’t labour until 2 weeks overdue. I do have PMS and I ordered the tea with the idea to help with this. Is it going to help? I am not sure, hopefully it will.
