My family eats a ton of fruit and even though I previously had a large fruit bowl it was always overflowing and the weight of all that piled up fruit created soft spots. We tried a 2 tiered wire fruit stand but the wire cut imprints into the peaches and plums and some of the apples.This fruit bowl is sturdy, looks nice and holds an absolute ton of fruit! As you can see from my attached picture there are about 16 pieces of fruit in the stand and it’s nowhere near full.It was simple to put together (my 9 year old assembled it himself in five minutes. No joke).I am baffled by the negative reviews for this product.
