**Q: Will this be able to support a 24” by 36” vertical foam board?**
A: Yes, it supported my daughter's Welcome Sign for her wedding.

**Q: Will this hold an 8 x 10 photo?**
A: You'll have to have it at the very top of it where the width of the picture holder can be either 8" or 10".

**Q: Would a small 5x7 canvas fit?**
A: No

**Q: will this hold plexiglass for a baby shower welcome sign?**
A: It easily holds my white board.  Seems to me quite sturdy - no wobbling or collapsing legs.  Since I don't know weight of your plexiglass I couldn't guarantee it.
