For a while we thought these were faulty on our twin daughters’ birthday. Unwrapped, opened, used straight away. Uh-oh? Why isn’t the delete button working? Cue panic, irritation, anger, frantic search for small screw driver to undo the worlds smallest screw to check the battery, before a new search for alternative products for same day delivery, re-reading of product reviews to understand how we could have been duped into buying something that doesn’t work, looking at other products to compare and then: BINGO! You have to use the switch on the side which prevents accidental deletion! Don’t make the same mistake we did. Ours DO work. The product photos do make them appear brighter than they are but the rainbow colours are clearly distinguishable and our two 8 y/o daughters could immediately use them as soon as they were unwrapped. They are lightweight and a good price - I’m actually thinking of buying one for myself to doodle on as I find it so relaxing.
