When I put these sticky dots (on cloth), I first put a chip clip on them for about 15 minutes. THEN NO PRESSURE for almost 3 days. I don't know if they melt in the heat, but I do know that they stick to cloth which some other brands do not. I can put a lot of pressure on them if my keys that are on an expanding band fall out of the bag--the Velcro holds as the keys fall. Perhaps being so tiny, the complainant should look for a larger size or for industrial strength instead of blaming the PRODUCT.
