The braids are of poor quality. Got it replaced the first time I bought it, then the braids on the replaced product also didn't even for a month. The braids have come off completely from left wire of the earphone. I contacted customer care of Crossloop but they brushed off the request saying it is due to normal wear and tear. I have used House Of Marley Jamaica Smile braided earphones (got it for around Rs. 1000), it is far better in quality than Crossloop earphone.
