A little pricey but certainly did the job
I have suffered with lower back pain for the last 2 years and have tried everything except insoles. I have a high arch in my feet which I assumed could be causing the issue. These insoles take some getting used to as the support in the arch area of the foot is significant and feels a little strange at first. However give it time... After 2 days my lower back was feeling so much better as I was getting more support from the ground up. A little pricey but certainly did the job. Takes 2-3 days to get used to the feel but I'm more than happy with this purchase as it certainly worked for me.

Can disrupt a home
I liked the fact that these took up little room in my coal bunker I dislike the way they stole my cufflinks and my favourite biscuit tin and are now living with my wife in a maisonette in Southend That said, I would buy these again but exercise a little more caution

Good Support but size not ideal
I ordered these as my ankle goes inward while walking. I had to cut them down a fair bit to get them to a size 7 (Ordered a 7-8). The first pair of pumps I used them in did not work well. It made my foot sit high up and the shoes started to give me blisters at the back. I did take out the existing manufacturers insole. They are quite wide and it is not easy to trim the width of them. They did however give good support under my arches and make my ankle more stable. I tried them in a second pair of shoes and they needed to be trimmed even more to fit. Would recommend for people with wider feet/shoes.

Sciatica
I have chronic sciatica and was having problems with my feet, these have been a godsend in my slippers, but I couldn't get them into my trainers, recommend
