Katbite Unbleached Parchment Paper Rounds, Heavy Duty, White, 8 Inch 200Pcs

I bought these 8" parchment rounds because my favorite 8" fry pan was having stuck &/or burnt issues. After ruining 2 different orders of Potstickers (burnt bottoms sticking to the pan instead of lifting right out when done) meant a fix was needed. I wet the parchment and placed it into the fry pan (edges curled ups little bit) and sprayed it with Avocado Oil.) I laid 10 Potstickers (thawed & steamed in the Microwave) onto the parchment, making sure each bottom went through the oil. Turned the electric stove burner to #4 (medium); put the lid on for a few minutes just to steam a little more. Removed the lid and let them sizzle for another few minutes, checking for crispiness. When they hit that right color, I lifted each one with a small tongs. Not one stuck to the bottom. Lots of details for other cooks of Potstickers and dumplings.I can't wait to try with Steaks, Chops, and /Fish/Salmon/Seafood. I love a good sear, but am not allowed a BBQ grill in our apartments.

Overall, super convenient.The 9"-size is nearly PERFECT for 9" spring-form pans, creating a slight contact with the pan's ring/wall, thereby reducing or preventing pastry crusts, etc., from entering the joint between the wall and base of the pan. (greatly facilitates de-panning, as well as cleanup)Material is thinner than expected, but I suppose thinner is more resource-efficient and, thus, more environmentally sustainable... so at least there's that associated with this consumable product. :-)ACID TEST: Would I buy this product again? YES!!!

They worked great for my cakes!

I recently started baking in my dual basket air fryer. I can fit four 8 ounce ramekins in at a time but realized I couldn't find "cupcake" type liners for the ramekins. These work perfect. I have a 2 pound reversible meat tenderizer and pounder that fits perfectly into the ramekin and helps hold the paper in place while I shape it. With my arthritis I am getting clumsy and dropping things so the less cleaning I have to do, the better.

These sheets work very well. They fit air fryer nicely and makes clean up easy.

Perfect and convenient for making cakes with. I get so tired of cutting and folding my own parchment paper into circles and this makes the job a lot easier for me which is nice. Overall it’s great and worth it.

Very good makes life much easier compared to cutting out from greaseproof paper
