When I bought it it was a little big, I wasn't sure what my size was so I bought an 8 because my friend at work said it'll probably shrink so I opted on the larger size. Turns out that after a few wash/dry cycles the size 8 now fits my size 7.5 pretty well. This time of year (winter) this works GREAT at keeping my head warm and the sides cover the tips of my ears so I am buying 10 more so I don't have to do laundry every 3 days lol.I read some of the other reviews and don't see anywhere that would make me think I'd get multiple except maybe they ordered a size 7? And if it seems to good to be true you should probably read ALL the details and not get bent up if it doesn't work out. If your going to spend money on a simple cap for work. Buy it right the first time, 4 panel like this one is the best looking and fitting for you head. I bought my size and fit like a glove and really good quality construction. The only bad thing about this brand is its longer top, basically until I break it in and wash it a few times, ill look like a cone head.
