**Q: How do you change the batteries in the PIR without triggering the tamper alarm?**
A: Put the system into test mode using the phone app. Any triggering events will be recorded but won't sound the alarm.

**Q: Up to what weight of pet will this alarm not detect?**
A: basically it should detect them all, just be very small so it doesn't work

A great alarm easy to install and easy to use the app is a problem keeps going offline which is why I've given it a 4-star rating the initial setup was easy but be aware that the PIR'd do not flash red all the time they go into sleep mode to conserve batteries but everything else really good and we're really pleased with it the company just need to sort out the app x
