The book progresses from tracing individual letters to writing them, then using each in a word, then a page with sentences focused on each letter. That's it! I just asked my daughter to do one page a day. It takes maybe two minutes. At first she didn't like it but after a while she liked the idea of "writing fancy." She whizzed through the book. I literally never helped her past the first five pages. Now, with $5 and 5 minutes a day, she knows cursive conpletely.
