They are poorly made of plastic that breaks way too easily. Very aggravating! We have replaced them 4 times in 2 years, and even made one part ourselves, to be sturdier, but there are too many weak spots in the design. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Stars *by H***E on October 13, 2016* I use one everyday at work. It works really well. Very tempted to buy one for my home ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Vacuum, But Cumbersome *by K***I on October 23, 2016* I have had this vacuum cleaner for a few years. It has great suction and vacuums better than most vacuum cleaners; it sucks up animal hair from carpet better than all of the other vacuum cleaners that I have had, and seems to work as well as my central house vacuum cleaner. However, the backpack is very cumbersome to use - it is rather heavy (and gets heavier with use), and awkward. I find that in smaller areas or when I am next to walls/furniture that it is very difficult to turn around without hitting them and making marks/dents. Most of the time, I find myself dreading to use, so instead of wearing the backpack, I leave it on floor when I vacuum, however, this is not ideal situation either. The backpack needs to be redesigned so that it is more ergonomic - more flat or oval, and lighter weight.
