I have been using them as directed, and I do think they help, but my Doggie Dooley has still been slowly filling up over time. To be fair, the weather has been cold, and that may be a big part of the issue. I have not had drainage problems, so I do not think the system is failing because of a blockage. My guess is that the colder conditions are just slowing down the breakdown process. Because of that, I would say the tablets do work, but buyers should keep realistic expectations if they are using them in winter or colder climates.
