They actually came with screws, but the screws were too short. I had read the reviews on line and someone said they bought the metric screws separately. I did the same, and I recommend M3-.50 X 10 size (blister pack of 12 at Lowes). The screws fit perfectly and I did not even have to shorten them. They do not interfere with the battery at this length. I am glad to have a bit holder again, and these clips will actually hold longer driver bits than my old 18 volt driver did. I am only disappointed with Dewalt for not including an integral bit holder in their design for the 20 volt drivers. I guess that is what you get when you buy a product that Black and Decker has taken over.
