This is not that. The umbrella won't stay open or lock into place. Also, because I bought it in anticipation of the rainy season and only just now found out that it doesn't work, I can't return it. Other people seem to have been able to to use the umbrella suggesting this one was faulty. That means if you buy it you run the risk of getting a bad one.
