I waited over a month to write this review because honestly I though maybe it would be getting returned in the first thirty days. The printer arrived packaged well and it was printing within an hour of arriving even with lots of distractions. It’s easy to use, easy to assemble but has poor instructions. I looked through the instructions once, realized I did not need them and tossed them in the trash. If you can tie your shoes you can assemble this printer. There’s literally an assembly guide painted on the power supply. It requires no special tools and even comes with the tools needed to assemble it. Leveling the bed took about five minutes the fist time and every few days of printing I check it and make very minimal adjustments. This printer has only been turned off once for two days in the last 36 days. It has gone through over ten kilos of PLA, printing just over 1033 parts without a single issue. The print quality is far better than what I was expecting and prints the parts exactly like our friends $3000 plus Lulzbot printer. I took the first print to him and he was very surprised at the print quality once I told him how much this cost me. We both thought this printer would have had some issue running 24-7 for over one month but nothing yet (knock on wood). It literally paid for itself in four days printing the parts we would have had to purchase for a project we are working on. I bought this thinking there was a fifty fifty chance of It paying for itself before something went wrong but figured since I was new to this it would be better to try out a cheap printer before spending 3-5k on something decent and then making a noob mistake that damaged an expensive component. I was certainly wrong on both points it definitely paid for itself and I don’t plan on buying a different more costly printer when this one is doing just as good as a printer literally ten times the cost. Only time will tell the long term durability of this printer but I do not plan on turning it off again unless I go on vacation so we will see. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not beginner friendly but can produce very beautiful prints *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 4, 2019* The media could not be loaded.  I really wanted to love this printerIts beautiful and when it worked properly, I managed to get some very nice printsHowever I ran into a ton of issues with the machine as a beginner1. There is a switch to change the power settings from 220Vs to 110VsThe manual did not cover this setting during set up and the instructions on the machine itself were in Chinese2. Leveling was insanely difficult as the magnetic mat was not flat. I spent a good amount of time tweaking each of the knobs before each print, adding tape to the metal plate to lift the center of the mat to level out the bed and it sucked (just get a glass bed, it saved me so much time and increased my print quality)3. The machine kept flickering as if something was causing the controls to constantly hit select (check video.) I could not figure out what was wrong4. The machine would randomly die during long prints. The screen would just freeze up and the machine would leave a little blob of PLA where it stopped (check photos)Sigh, again I really enjoyed my time with the machine when it worked but I ran into too many issues to justify keeping it. The firmware was not stable and leveling the bed was a nightmare without a glass bed.If you are new to 3d printing, look somewhere else ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy user and loving it! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 25, 2019* My buddy bought an $800 printer that works well and has a good sized print bed, but he also spent a whole day setting up, measuring, etc. I wanted a printer too, did some research and found the Ender 5. Spent around $300, it arrived, i put it together even without the paper instructions because there is a second set of instructions printed onto the actual base of the machine for future reference after a teardown and rebuild. Very handy. Either way, after i overcame an hour or two of just learning what the heck I am doing, it printed a perfect object. All axis were pre-aligned, no calibration needed. Now that I know kinda what I am doing, I have had this machine running almost 24/7 for nearly a week with no maintenance needed. The only few problems I had were myself-induced and after a google search later, I was schooled and able to do it right. Also this machine prints larger than the $800 (orange colored) machine that my friend bought.
