One thing that I ran into replacing mine is there was no new adhesive included. I had to order it separately and I could not find the original kind and the generic didn't work very good. I did find that if I pressed hard enough in the dead space that it would pick up my touch, but you do have to press against the glass harder than should be expected. I am a very "light toucher" when it comes to tablets and phones...so pressing down hard enough to have it register is a big change for me...it's also discomforting as you can see the lcd begin to change colors like they do when you press on them.The replacement screen was easy to install, it fit the bezel well and it hooked up nicely. There are a couple of bright spots on the edge of the lcd itself but they aren't noticeable under normal usage (unless the screen is all black like during start up).Another annoyance was that the plastic cover that comes on the screen when shipped left behind hard-to-remove adhesive residue. I remember when first getting my tablet how smooth and slick the screen feels...this is the smooth but tacky. I assume eventually that will wear off with use.Bottom line: This will work to replace a cracked digitizer and it will breath new life into your tablet if it is unusable from being cracked, but don't expect it to be like new, because it won't be with this replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works fine *by V***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2016* The screen works fine.
