My chief complaints are the batteries run out quick, so always have some on hand. The headphones are fragile, so be careful with them and the volume could be louder. We live in NYC so have slight hearing loss due to subway noise as all New Yorkers have but we generally have good hearing so it seems the max volume should be louder. However it's not so bad that it's not usable. It's more a nice to have.
