She put it on a table and put the puzzle together on the mat. When she was finished, she rolled it up, took it to be framed and the mat held it together perfectly. The only complaint was a little pump that came with the mat. It didn't work at all. She had to blow it up by mouth, like you would a pool toy. It's really sticky and it's hard to move any pieces around. Also it's a magnet for cat hair and you can't even vacuum the stuff off of it.
