Open the center console and remove the three 3 Phillips head screws.2. The rear panel will pull back (toward the rear seat) and down...and voila..it's off.3. The housing for the broken unit is held in place by 2 notch clips on the bottom and 2 expander pins on the upper sides.4. Use a screwdriver or something to push the expander pins and the old unit housing will push out. Don't fiddle with the notch clips at the bottom and try to get it out...it won't work. Just push the pins threw and the unit will pull out.5. Line-up the new unit, push the two pin through the holes and push the bottom until it locks the notch clips.6. Put the rear console plate into place (lineup the notches and stuff with the holes in the console).7. Put the top back on and screw-in the three Phillps screws.
