I had trouble from the start because it would not accept my Sky sim card. Then there were many problems connecting to Wi-Fi. I Spoke to Sky many expensive times to try and solve the problems but was informed by them that they had experienced problems with this phone with other customers. I very reluctantly had to retrurn it to Amazon for a full refund.
