I'm fairly comfortable with minor maintenance items, so swapping this out was a breeze. However, it does require a special driver bit, so make sure you have that. I needed around 15 minutes to do this after watching a video on YouTube to make sure I wasn't missing anything. You'll be asking yourself why the dealers and repair shops charge hundreds to do such a simple filter replacement. If I can do it, believe me, you can too.
