Gen10 USB-C Connectors Without Cords(USB-C/2 Pack Tips)

In short, I plug a connector into my phone once and it acts as both a protection of the phones USB port and precludes wear and tear by multiple attachment/detachment of a standard USB cord. Coupled with the magnetic cords, these are a dream to use. My phone attaches to a magnetic mount in the car with a USB connection to power Android Auto on my screen. The magnetic cord makes connecting and disconnecting the phone a snap, literally and figuratively. Caveats? Just some minor ones. Carrying the phone around with the USB connector attached will inevitably gunk up the connector, making attachments less secure/functional. I use a small soft toothbrush to clean the connector when this happens, although over the past two years I have replaced the connector twice. But that's still better than replacing the phone from stressing and gunking up the port. Also, driving over bumps reveals the only inherent weakness in the connector; while remaining physically detached, the bumps can cause a momentary disconnect that is annoying.

These seem to be compatible with my old volta cables and so far no issues.

I bought a 6 foot magnetic charging cable for my Android phone a few years ago, and although the cable is still in perfect condition, I've gone through at least half a dozen of these little connectors. They simply break to easy, and these seem to be exactly like the ones that always break. I was hoping they would be made a little stronger now, but nope. Same exact design. I guess they are simply designed to only last a few months.

These gadgets have saved the USB ports on my mobile devices many times over . They also make connecting devices in the dark much easier, as the connectors automatically mate via magnetic attraction . Long - term durability might be an issue, as dirt and debris may effect performance, but these are MUCH easier to replace than a broken usb port on a phone or tablet :)

Once you get used to using them, you will never go back to plugging in again is so simple.And it doesn't wear out the where you plug it in to the phone

It's great to be able to charge any device with any of the Gen 10 cords I have around the house. I use these on my earbuds, iPad, Pixel phone, Samsung tablet, etc. No more scrambling for the right cord since they can all use the same cord. The magnets work well to keep the cord plugged in. It's super convenient!

Didn't even last a month before the magnet fell off. I've only used one so far. We'll see how the second one does.

What can I say? It just works!

Previously, I ordered 3 cables with the multiple port connections (3 usb-C, 3 lightning, 3 micro). I only needed some new usb-C port connections (since the originals broke). They arrive and it looked promising. Unfortunately, the magnetic connection has the wrong polarization and they 'magnetically stay apart'. They are the same brand and model, but these won't work. At some point, manufacturing change the magnetic properties and they are no longer compatible with my cables.

En el pasado compré el paquete de 3 cables con sus respectivos 3 tipos de conector (micro-usb, iphone y typo C) cada uno, sin embargo por caidas de mi celular terminé rompiendo este conector. No me interesaba comprar los cables nuevamente y esto es lo que buscaba: que funcionara con lo que ya tenía. Excelente. El problema es el material: no resiste varios golpes ( o será el descuido mío )
