I don't know about the 9900; I have a Bold 9000, which was formerly a corporate phone. Once I figured out how to connect the cord, it works wonderfully. Looks like they are almost identical dimensions, but the key is whether the 9900 has electrical contacts on each side at the bottom, about on a line with the space bar. **Q: Will it work with Bold 9930 and will its charger just plug in to this stand?** A: nope. it's a piece of crap. it won't even fit. the charger is too big for the 9930. total mis-lead. unfortunately, i didn't try it out until 3 weeks later and the darn charger was too big for the 9930. don't get it. **Q: does it work on blackberry 9900** A: Well, I have a blackberry 9900 and it didn't work. I'm sure the pod was more expensive when the Bold came out, but especially now, with this pricing, no one should hesitate to get one. What a wonderful way to be able to charge the phone. Note: For some reason, the very first time I set the phone into the pod, nothing happened. I kept looking at it to see if there was something I needed to remove so that the phone would "connect" but couldn't even decide what area DID connect. I sat it into the pod a few more times, and all of a sudden, it turned to the clock display (which tells you for sure you are in charge mode). It has never failed to connect since.
