It has adapters to ensure that it can inflate toys with different openings. So far it has inflated every different toy we have tried. It's not a huge pump and it's not heavy. It is a little bulky. I used to take to the pool with me in case any toys needed inflating. I now leave it at home. It's a little cumbersome to take to the pool. It gets a lot of use in the summer and is a good way to inflate low pressure items.
