Yeah it’s expensive. Yeah it’s in a small tube. But as with ANY THING you buy there’s a good, better and best. When it comes to toothpaste this is the best. Absolutely nothing cleans my teeth like this toothpaste. My teeth honestly feel like I got my teeth cleaned at the dentist. It foams but not a lot, has a hint of flavor that is pleasant AND my gums were receding despite having an excellent oral hygiene routine. They have now grown back. Nothing else I’ve found will do that. It’s well worth the cost. Not sure why all the mixed reviews but my advice is try it!! Then decide for yourself.

I am getting close to a month of use. The size of this tube seems to be just right for a month of 2x a day use. It has lightened my teeth a bit. I was wary of the taste because there were varied reviews about it but I don't find it distasteful. The flavor is slightly minty (not strong) and I find the texture (foaming) ok. It does leave my teeth feeling smooth and my mouth feels fresher longer. You can spit out the excess toothpaste, but rinsing is not recommended, especially at night, because you want the ingredients to do it's work. All in all, I think I will purchase again, but due to the type of toothpaste this is and how it is supposed to work, I will be using it along with another type of toothpaste for added protection. My initial goal with this toothpaste was to remove the sticky plaque.

This stuff is honestly great. It really does prevent little bits of plaque from becoming tartar. The first time I used it I felt like my teeth weren’t clean because it is not as minty but I gave it another shot and realized my teeth just felt like teeth afterwards, no plaque no artificial mint blast taste, just a mild wintergreen flavor! Put water on your toothbrush before the toothpaste so it doesn’t get knocked off. It is expensive and so I use this about two or three times a week. Honestly I would recommend this to anyone :)

This toothpaste does a great job of cleaning your teeth, but I really wish it were a plain mint flavor/scent over wintergreen. While the tube is small, you only need a tiny pea-sized amount on your brush to clean your whole mouth, and so one tube lasts about as long as traditional toothpaste. Despite my not being a fan of the flavor, the ingredients are all purposeful and do leave my teeth feeling clean and my breath fresh. I really wish that this product contained something like hydroxyapatite to help heal teeth once the plaque has been dealt with, and I do follow this with a nano hydroxyapatite product for that reason. Also be warned: this can make your teeth sensitive for a bit as plaque comes off the teeth and in doing so exposes weak spots in the tooth enable. Persevere! At least for me, this was temporary.

I had a dentist/cleaning appointment today and they agreed that I had noticeably less tartar and build up. This was the most positive appointment I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been using this product since January. I tend to get tartar build up behind my lower front teeth. The first few times I used this toothpaste I could actually notice some of the tartar flake off. My teeth feel much smoother after brushing with Livfresh, almost like a slippery, shiny feeling. 1 small tube lasted me about 3 months using it 1x a day. Sometimes my husband uses some, too.You really don’t need a lot of the gel, Especially after the first few times. I use a pea size amount with an oral-b electric toothbrush. Typically, I use a regular toothpaste in the morning(3d white, because I drink coffee all morning…) At night, I rinse with a mouthwash and floss then use livfresh, and sometimes do a 2nd floss. I have some gaps in between my teeth and some gum recession, so the floss after brushing helps make sure it’s really clean. I also sometimes use a high fluoride previ-dent toothpaste before bed for sensitivity and re-mineralization, as suggested by my hygienist. I talked my mom into trying it and she has also had great results. It’s expensive, but I really want to do my best to take care of my teeth and gums.

It mitigated tooth pain after a mediocre job by a dentist who rebuilt a cap that degenerated. Honestly, I can't believe this stuff. Two years ago an old cap started crumbling so my dentist replaced it with a gold composite and it always was a bit cold sensitive and ached all the time. It took Livfresh about two weeks to totally eliminate any discomfort with the tooth. It cleans my teeth as well as a dentist and seems to whiten them too. It is well worth the price.

I wanted to give this toothpaste a try after reading reviews and the advertising hype. The taste is good and my teeth feel really clean after brushing. BUT the tube is small, I was the only one using it, and it was soon used up. This is an expensive product that many people will not be able to afford. Most families with adults and kiddos would find the costs prohibitive. If the cost was more in line with other toothpastes that also do a great job, I would continue to use this.

I've only been using for a week and I'm shocked at the difference. Just a little dab on my electric toothbrush and it doesn't hurt my gums. *Amazon said my review didn't meet standards so reminder This is not a medical cure only an explanation of how I have been unable to use other products because of all my other health issues! Gums were in horrible shape. I've had rhemetoid arthritis and other inflammation central nervous system diseases so it really affects my gums. I have severe mechanical periodontal disease as a result. Also the central nervous system has me clinching my jaw as a result of being awake which adds another layer of problems. So toothpaste burns and I haven't been able to brush with toothpaste for years. I also have the tism so I'm highly reactive to scents and smells being in my mouth. Gag. I've been using hydrogen peroxide only. Sigh needless to say I had so much plaque I went to the dentist and he felt sorry for me. Anyway I was in too much pain from inflammation for cleaning. So I thought. ok let me try this. Omg it's like I have a different mouth. It doesn't burn my gums even with the strength of the flavor. And the plaque is coming off. I'm in shock it's only been a week. Again this is not a medical review only an explanation that my underlying health problems that keep me from using other products are not an issue with this toothpaste

I used it once a day until it was gone. Just enough to get on to the head of an electric toothbrush. My next dental appointment was for a broken filling replacement, and I asked the dentist to take a quick look at whether I needed a cleaning or not. He found one little bit that he scritched off and said, you look fine. When did you have your last cleaning. "Two years ago", I said.... So yeah, I'll get it again and repeat maybe once a year. $30 is WAY cheaper than paying for a cleaning at the dentist.
