He expressed the value of making things right with his patrons and gave me multiple options for a solution of my choice. I can honestly say that I highly recommend doing business with Earto because the customer really does matter. Thank you Kyle.I purchased this product in September and about 2 months ago it began to flake out by adding periods that I didn’t type and jumping ahead multiple spaces without the keystrokes. It’s a really cute case, but in terms of functionality I can’t rate it that well. I wouldn’t purchase it again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of that flaw. I saw the same write up in a review but chose to ignore it. I’m writing this review so that people can see it’s really true and it’s a pain in the butt when you’re trying to type something. ### ⭐⭐ Tight Fit for I Pad and Keyboard Presses Against iPad Glass *by N***I on July 15, 2019* Pros: The Case is an actual hard case and the keyboard itself is nice. I would have been happy to have just gotten the keyboard.Cons: The case is a tight fit. It is very difficult to safely get the i pad in. The actually I pad case sits behind the keyboard, causing the keyboard to press against the I pad glass when the I pad is pushed in the far back position. I could hear the case scratching the edge of the glass when I was trying to put it in. Every time I opened it and pushed the I pad back for best viewing, I could feel the keyboard pressing on the glass. Overall, I feel this case provides protection by being sturdy on one note but damages the i pad on another note. My i pad cost a lot more and I can't return it at this point. Something had to go, so it was this case. I would not recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much too heavy so they exchanged it for free *by H***T on March 6, 2019* I liked the idea of making my iPad into a mini laptop; however, I did not like how heavy the whole keyboard/cover made it. I had to return it because it was too heavy and bulky. It was very pretty, just not for me. I was able to return this product, they issued a refund and then they sent me a different keyboard case. I'm very happy with the new one they sent me. It is much lighter and can be used with our without the keyboard.
