I’d get it to clear up after not wearing my ring and applying cortisone and a bandage for several days, but it would come right back after a day or two of wearing my ring again. I tried several hand creams, plus my go to: eucerin cream, to try to rebuild my moisture barrier, but nothing worked and this went on for over a year. Applying this hand cream once a night cleared up my rash and has kept it from coming back for 9 months now. Finally my new manicurist told me Gehwol Gerlan hand cream and I have been hooked ever since. This stuff absolutely ROCKS and has literally saved my hands. As far as I know amazon is the only place that carries this product and while it cost more than most hand creams its absolutely worth it.
