Does it lose alot of flow?** A: Iv not used this with any of the filters stated in your question, however I have used this spray bar on the fluval 207 and 307. The flow is the consistent throughout the bar and Iv found its a more powerful output on the 307 with it been a larger filter. **Q: Will this work on a 307** A: I have a 306 and it fits. box says it will fit 307.
