10 Pack Needle File Set, Mini Needle Jewelry File Set, Hardened Alloy Strength Steel Files

I bought these for building scale models. The work well for filing plastic and soft metals. Would be nice if it included an even smaller round profile file, but still a good set.

I have a set of small files but I couldn't find them so I ordered this set. I'm using them for work on a pistol, inside the frame where I'm not inclined to try with a rotary tool. They worked really well I was able to remove some flashing and other surface irregularities and didn't mark up areas I wasn't try to. Super cheap and Amazon shipping I got them fast. As long as you understand these are very small and you can snap them quite easily if you apply too much pressure in the wrong direction, use them with care and I'm sure I'll get 10yrs out of this set like my last one (that I did find lol)

These are very nice. How long they will last cutting bone and such for guitar work remains to be seen. I guess jewlers' files are one bigger than needle files. This set is too large to cut string slots in nuts. The shape selection is practical. One thing I did not take note of is that some of the faces are 'safes' . This is a welcome feature! Good buy.

very nice set of files good for small things like musical instruments. Good for fine tuning or adjustments.

I needed something to get into tight spaces and deburr some of my 3d prints.. after messing with sand paper and trying to find things in the garage and attachments on my dremel it became a hassel.. i dont wanna spend a bunch of money for a hobby so i found these for under 10 bucks.. theyre very sturdy and removes material as it should... great for tight spaces and crappy angles...

This file set is perfect for fine finishing of my scroll saw cuts. I've used them only with wood of 1/4 inch to 5/4, so I can't report on their durability in steel. I'm impressed by the variety of shapes.

I use these to help sand bits off of my Warhammer figurines, mostly smoothing out things if I am trying to remove insignia or details, etc. Some of them can be a bit rougher, but it's easy to smooth out either by changing the direction you are sanding in or smoothing over it with an exacto knife. They were kind of oily when they arrived, but I assume that's to help them not rust, and it was easily wiped off.

Very poorly designed and made. Some files in the set arrived bent. Many of the shapes are not consistent along the length of the file, many with crooked tips. No teeth along the edges of the files. Some of the files are not fully machined, and instead are mostly smooth or with teeth of very shallow depth. Will be returning these.

You get a very good selection of shaped files, great for getting into those tricky areas. They seem abrasive enough to do the job, and having the plastic handles is a nice touch. Seriously considering buying another set

Great for getting into small corners. Nothing wrong with them. Probably doesnt need this many in the packet though because most are the same tool. Also are useful for using as throwing knives
