Worked perfectly on the holes I'm drilling in aluminum. No signs of wearing.

Smooth!
I'm using this in a drill motor at 1500 rpm to deburr 1/2" holes in 6061 aluminum. It does a beautiful job leaving a nice smooth finish. I've done about 100 holes so far and it doesn't show any signs of wear at all. Highly recommend! Marc

Nice size
It deburred the hole alright. I had trouble putting small chamfers on the holes; that may be my as I was using a cordless drill to perform the chamfers.

Not sharp at all.
I Was pretty disappointed in the quality of The sharpness of the flutes on the Counter sink tool. It does a pretty bad Job of removing material and I would not recommend it for someone who needs to use it for the countersinks.

Working well & Looking Better.
I did not expect a whole lot since the price paid was not a heck of a lot for these kind of tools. I have been able to use this several times and it has cut very well and since it attaches to my Milwaukee power driver it leaves my matching drill free to drill holes and the driver to ream them. As a minor but positive attaboy this is very nicely machined and these folks obviously take pride in appearance. That says something.

Will not drill a round countersink hole
I am working with a 1/16" thick piece of low carbon steel. After drilling a 5/32" hole I used this countersink bit to drill a countersink hole. I used oil and drilled slowly, with poor results. The hole is not a smooth round hole, rather it looks like a raged polygon! Furthermore, after only 2 holes the flutes of the bit are damaged.

Worked great. Used this on heavy guage angle iron. Just keep this in mind, this is a wear item. Got about 10 hard uses before it wore out. This item should do really well with wood or plastic.
