Yes it does I tried it** A: Will work for 07-13 silverado. They retain the door pretty well. I would like to note however that the overall length is a little larger than the original door clips installed by gm. These will only be a one time usage. If you take the door frame off again you will have to replace them. 1 Box replaces all the retainer clips in 1 door. **Q: Do these fit a Trailblazer 2007 (swap out of part 15076791)?** A: I checked Dormans website, and it says that's the right one.
