A: The chips are, with maltatol. I copied the ingredients list for you. They are good as are their other sugar free cookies. I'm diabetic.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar free chocolate chips (cocoa paste, sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavourings), vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower oil), sweeteners (maltitol and isomalt), raising agents (ammonium and sodium bicarbonate), salt, flavourings. May contain traces of dried fruits and milk.

A: Serving Size 3 cookies 29g , Calories 130

**Q: How many individual packs of cookies do you get... is it 2, or 4?**
A: I believe 2. They were a gift to my mom
