If it were stated in the product description that the flip door was held shut with a rubber band with a suction cup attached to it that holds it closed cause the suction cup sucks itself to the screen of your phone, would you purchase it? I SURE THE H311 WOULD NOT HAVE. This is an absolute failure on so many levels and to me an insult to think that you would actually put such a cheesy generic product out to the public. I'm gonna make a suggestion, it would be a real good idea to test run a product with a number of the public with them knowing that their feed back with a yay or nay and why so that way you don't get a yay or nay from one of the public that just purchased 2 of these failures who is writing a review on it.
