I used it under a silver metallic on aluminum rims and it covered perfect. Consider I've also used 2K primer in a can and would take this over that whenever possible. SEM makes a great product, worth every penny of extra money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best filler for platinum-cure silicone *by D***G on April 14, 2026* I tested 4 types of primer filler and this is the only brand that did not cause cure inhibition on the platinum-cure silicone molds. It works well in light coats and dries extremely fast. The consistency is good in light coats, this is important. Heavy coats cause the filler to foam and the finish will show small air bubbles when sanded.
